this absolutely delicious, spicy and tasty paratha with Mughlai flavours. Make it for breakfast or even dinner.Veg Mughlai Paratha Recipe is a paratha where crumbled paneer tossed with veggies is cooked in ground spices and filled with eggs in Indian Flat Bread to shape a thick fat square packet and served with tangy mint and coriander chutney. Best for any festival or special occasions.


Veg Mughlai Paratha”: A veg paratha made with crumbled paneer tossed with veggies & ground spices in a shape of square packet.. Served with tangy & spicy chutney. 

Ingredients for dough:-


• 2 cup maida / plain flour


• 2 tbsp oil


•  ½ tsp salt


• water for kneading


for stuffing:


• 2 chilli finely chopped


• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


• 1 capsicum finely chopped


•  1 carrot grated


•   2 tsp oil


•  ½ onion finely chopped


• ¼ tsp turmeric


•  ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder


• ½ tsp coriander powder


•  ¼ tsp  jeera powder


•  ½ tsp aamchur 


•  ¼ tsp garam Masala


• ½ tsp salt


• 2 cup paneer grated


How to make veg mughlai paratha stuffing:-


 • To make the mughlai stuffing, heat 2 TSP  oil in a preheated pan over medium heat.


 • saute ½ onion, 2 chilli and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste for 2 minutes.further add 1 capsicum, 1 carrot and saute till the vegetables shrink.


 • additionally, add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp aamchur, ¼ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp salt.


•  saute for a minute or till spices turn aromatic.keep aside and allow to cool the paneer stuffing completely.


How to make veg mughlai paratha:-


• For dough, in a large mixing bowl, add the flour, salt and mix well to combine. Add a little water at a time to make a smooth dough. Once the dough has come together, drizzle a little oil and knead again to make the dough smooth.


 • after the dough has rested for 20 minutes, knead slightly and pinch a ball sized dough.


•  roll the dough to slightly thin thickness.


 • further, spread the prepared paneer stuffing in centre.


 • now carefully fold and close all sides of paratha forming a square. press gently.


 • roast the paratha on hot tawa or shallow fry the parathas.


 • spread a tsp of oil on both sides and roast to golden and crisp from all sides.


 • finally, serve veg mughlai paratha along with chutney ,souce, raiyta.
