 Strawberry ice cream is a flavor of ice cream made with strawberry or strawberry flavoring.  It is made by blending in fresh strawberry or strawberry flavoring with the cream, condensed milk and sugar used to make ice cream. Most strawberry ice cream is colored pink or light red.

 

strawberry is one of the three flavors in nepolitan ice cream.  Variations of strawberry ice cream include strawberry cheesecake ice cream and strawberry ripple ice cream, which is vanilla ice cream with a ribbon of strawberry jam or syrup.  Some ice cream Sandwich are prepared neapolitan-style, and include strawberry ice cream.  Today I am sharing with strawberry ice cream recipe step by step so try this amazing recipe with summer vacation.



 Ingredients: -

 • 1 box of fresh strawberries (make a puree out of it without adding water)


 • 1 cup whipped cream powder


 • 1 cup chilled water


 • 3/4 cup condensed milk


 • pink food color


 How to make strawberry ice cream: -


 • chop the strawberry into small pieces.  reserve few of them & make a puree out of the rest.


 • into a big mixing bowl at whipped cream powder, water and whisk for 2 mins until it forms stiff peaks.


 • now add strawberry puree (reserved 2-3 tbsp) & then mix again followed by the condensed milk.mix again.you can add food color if you want .mix everything properly.


 • into your icecream box.  add half of the ice cream mix and top it with fresh strawberries.  Now add the remaining mix strawberry puree and few chopped strawberry pieces.  give it a pattern using chop sticks.


 • cover the ice cream mix using a cling wrap in a way so that it touches the mix.  further cover by using the box cover.


 • freeze it for 24 hours at least.


 • ready to serve.
