Jalebi recipe

 You must have tasted many types of sweets, but when it comes to Jalebi, it becomes something else.  At the same time, when the jalebis are with Rabri, it is natural to have four moons on it.  There will be less people who do not like this dish. So let's make Jalebi Rabri.



 Ingredients of Jalebi


 2 cups Maida


 1 cup dahi


 Pani


 Oil or ghee for fry


 For Sugar Syrup (chashni)


 1 cup chinni


 1 / 2cup pani


 1/2 spoon baking soda


 Elaichi powder 1/2 spoon


 Kesar a pinch


 Barik Kate hue pista 1 spoon (optional)


 How to make Jalebi recipe

 • First of all, add maida, baking soda and yogurt in 1 bowl to the buttermilk butter and mix it well.  Pour some water in the batter and prepare the quail.

• Keep in mind that the bathers are neither too thin nor thick.  Now keep it covered for 1 hour.

• After 1 hour first you put 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water for sugar syrup (sugar syrup) in a pan and keep it on the gas for heating.

• Keep it running with the help of a spatula and when the chinni dissolves, give the gas a slow stir and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes and make a string syrup.

• Make a cone of the battery in one corner or any empty milk packet and pour it into it.  In the cone, with the help of  scissor a very small hole is given below.

• Now heat ghee or oil in a pan in which you want to make jalebi.

• After the oil is hot, pour the quail from the cone in it and keep giving the shape of Jalebi.

• Then fry it from both the sides.

• Also put ground cardamom powder and saffron in a wire syrup and mix.

• Now after the jalebi is fried, add it in the sugar syrup and in 5 minutes, remove the jalebi.

• Hot Jalebi is ready.

• Garnish it with finely chopped pistachios and rabdi survey it.
