 Ingredients for pudding: -

  • milk - 1/2 liter

 • cornflour - 3 tbsp

 • all-purpos flour -1 tbsp

 • sugar -100 gm

 • amul butter -2 tbsp

 • vanilla essence - some drops

 Ingredients for decoration: -

 • Dark chocolate

  • Etable silver ball

 How to make Rose milk pudding: -

 • For this, we will first put a pen on the gas, then a cup of milk and we will put it in it.  Then 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar cook it slowly.

 • Then we will take a cup, put 1/4 milk in it, add 1 tablespoon cornflour.  (Remember, you have to take milk cold.) He will mix both.

 • When the milk starts boiling, we will mix the milk with cornflour.  Now you turn the gas to medium flame and keep it running till it comes to boil when it comes to boil and the milk becomes thik, then we will put in it.  Add 1/4 cup Amul Cream will make it very rich, now turn off the gas.

 • Then we will mix the half table spoon rosewater and keep it at roomtemperature.  When the mixture cools, take it out in the glass.

 • Now we will keep the glass in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

 • Now we are going to create the second layer of pudding.

 • For this, we will take a 1/4 cup of water and put it in a bowl.  Mix 2 spoons of cornflour and place it in a pen.  We have to run it continuously as soon as it starts cooking.  At that time, we will put 1/4 cup of red color syrup and mix it.  and turn off the gas.  Then let it cool down.

 • Now take out the glass.  Put a spoon of pudding in it and keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

 • finally garnishing with chocolate rose palette serve cold.
