Mango bean Panna cotta
Craving for a nice sweet delight we heard you amp up your dessert plate with this unique recipe of mango vanilla bean panna cotta.
Ingredients
• 500 gr fresh cream
• 500 gr raw sugar
• 3/4 TSP agar agar
• 1/2 vanilla bean scraped
• 1/2 ripe mango, diced small
• 1 Large ripe mango pureed
How to make mango bean panna cotta:
• place all ingredients in a heavy bottom pan whisk well to mix, then bring to a simmering boil.
• simmer for 3-4 minutes
• cool for 15-20 minutes layer the bowls with fresh diced mango if you like first then top with cooled panna cotta cream mixture.
• chill for 2-3 hours until set
• serve with fresh mango coulis & diced mango.
• garnish with rose petals and fresh mint.
