Gajar halwa cheesecake
Carrot halwa is a popular Indian dessert. I make it quite often and use it in different ways as well. Like in this yummy ice cream or in this delicious carrots cheesecake. It is a great recipe to use of left lover gajar halwa. But you can by all means make it fresh to make this carrot halwa cheesecake gajar halwac is a surprisingly easy to make and just as a delicious as you think it will be. Ingredients: -
• 1/4 cup digestive biscuit crumbs
• 1tbs butter
• 1/4 cup whipped cream
• few strands saffron
• chopped pistachios
• rose petal for garnishing
Ingredient of the carrot halwa feeling: -
• 1 cup carrot halwa
• 1/4 cup cream
• cheese softened
• 1/4 tbsp ground cardamom
How to make gajar halwa cheesecake: -
• grind the digestive biscuit and mix butter to from a sand light texture place 2 tbsp of this mixture in the serving bowl or cup and press lightly to evenly set it to put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
• add softened room temperature creamy cheese ground cardamom into the gajar halwa and mix well until creamy.
• Add this gajar halwa cheesecake mixture into the serving cups above the biscuit crush and keep it back in the refrigerator till your whip the cream.
• beat cream until soft peaks from and top the serving cups with it.
• finally garnishing with pistachios and rose palette and serve cold.
