 Dabeli an extremely popular Indian street food snacks recipe with Indian pav and stuff with a unique blend of masala dabeli is also called as kutchi dabeli or kachchhi or kacchi dabeli.  It is a very popular street snakes and can be easily found in India.an extremely popular gujarati street food snack recipe made with indian pav bread and stuffed with a unique blend of masala.  the recipe looks very similar to the maharashtrian vada pav snack but has a combination of taste and flavors in it.  Generally, dhabeli snack is consumed as an evening snack with a cup of tea or coffee, but can also be consumed for morning breakfast and noon lunch.  Today I am sharing with dabeli recipe step by step.



 Ingredients for dabeli stuffing: -

 • 2 medium size potato boiled & mashed

 • 1 tbsp oil

 • 5 tbsp dabeli Masala

 • 1 onion large size chopped

 Ingredients for masala peanuts: -

 • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder

 • 1/2 red chilli powder

 • 6 tbsp roasted peanuts, remove skin

 • salt to taste

 • 1 tablespoon oil

 Ingredients for dabeli prepration: -

 • 6 pav

 • 4 tbsp garlic chutney

 • 4 tbsp green chutney

 • 6 tbsp sweet chutney

 • 2 tbsp butter

 • 5 tbsp thin sev

 • 3 tbsp chopped coriander

 • 1/4 cup pomegranate

 How to make step by step

 •For masala peanuts: -mix all the peanuts ingredients in a bowl and mix it well along with the peanuts.

 For the dabeli stuffing: -

 •heat oil in the pan .soute dabeli masala for 2 min & add boiled mashed potatoes to it & mix it very well .transfer in the bowl and spread it.  spread chopped onion, coriander, pomegranate & masala peanuts our potato stuffing.

 For preparation daabeli: -

 •Cut the pov from middle, some garlic chutney, sweet chutney and green chutney.  then make a thick layer of potato stuff.  close it with the top part of the pav.  heat the nonstick .roast dabeli using little butter .until it become light brown teke sev in the plate, dip the sides on the dabeli in the sev.  serve it hot with extra chutney as a side.
