 Ingredients for aloo tikki and chaat preparation: -

 • boiled potato -6 (medium size)

 • poha 1 / 2cup (soaked for 30 minutes)

 • ginger paste -1/2 tbsp

 • garlic paste -1/2 tbsp

 • coriander powder -2 TSP

 • red chilli powder-2 TSP

 • jeera powder-1tsp

 • garam masala -1 TSP

 • amchur powder - 1 TSP

 • chat masala -2 TSP

 • imli chutney

 • mint chutney

 • mixture of red chilli powder jeera powder black salt

 • green coriander

 • aalu sev

 • papdi

 • curd

 How to make aloo tikki step by step

 • mesh boil potatoes in a bowl.

 • add soaked poha ginger garlic pest and coriander powder red chilli powder jeera powder chat masala powder amchur powder and garam masala mix well and make small dough balls.

 • flatten the dough balls in the shape of tikki.

 • Take Desi ghee in a non -stick frying pan for shallow fry.

 • fry until both sides are golden brown.

 • take tikki in a plate and mash it slightly with light hands.

 • Add crushed papdi, curd, mint chutney, imali chatni, mixture of red chilli powder jeera powder, black salt, aloo sev and green coriander in the same order.
